Pied Flycatcher
One from last year, which I just got to edit (still have a huge backload...).

Pied Flycatchers are pretty common here, but I find it difficult to get a clear shot of them, as they hide in the woods.

Not sure about the few sticks in the photo - to clone or not ?

20D + 500/4 + tc1.4; iso400 f6.3 1/100. Almost full frame.

Hi Helge
I like the pose of the bird and the inquisitive look. I would clone out the top right hand twig.

Very nice Helge, I like the sense of environment created by the bg, the twigs don't bother me too much, I suppose it depends on how complex it would be to clone them.

Hi Helge,

Can't help on the cloning front, as haven't made my mind up yet!! However, the oof pine needles in the background give a wonderful sense of environment, which I like very much.

Hi Helge
I like the pose, I wouldn't clone the twigs, looks like it could be hard work - I don't think they distract too much. Nice image.
Cheers Simon

Very very nice Helge - the background makes the shot come alive for me - its very pleasant.
I think I would remove the twig in the top RHS.

Hi Helge

Nicely caught with a good pose from the bird and what an excellent background. The twig top right is the biggest distraction in this image so if you find cloning acceptable I would remove it (for me this is acceptable manipulation).
