What IS this bug?

...I haven't a clue. It's about 1 inch long, found in Jean Lafitte NP recently. It's a pretty large crop so forgive the quality, shot from about 4 feet away.

This is an immature milkweed assassin bug (Zelus longipes).............................Jim
