I do a lot of photography from a permanent blind on my property with views of small ponds and a feeder setup for the birds. I've been thinking of putting up some kind of diffuser system to extend the amount of time during the day I can shoot without the light getting too harsh (very early this time of year). I've been looking at white shade cloth as an option-has anyone ever tried something like that or does anyone have suggestions for other options?
Dennis - I used white shade cloth over some perches I had around my last house. It worked pretty well eventually, but scared the birds off for at least a week. That green shade cloth that cuts down the light in different percentages might work better, and be less frightening.
Good luck -

Thanks, Sandy. I'm not too impatient, so I think I'll give it a try. They also make a tan, but I'm leery of screwing with color balance too much.
