Anything Near Winston-Salem?

Are there any good photo locations near Winston-Salem? I'll be there for a conference June 10-12 and thought I might take my NEW D200 out for a spin! :biggrin: :biggrin:

Check out Hanging Rock State Park in Stokes County

Hello Alice,
Hanging Rock is probably the best place to go around here.
There are 3 waterfalls all a short walk from your car. The lake is nice to. You can also do the short hike( 1 mile ) up to Hanging Rock.
