Clear those browser memories (refresh - reload) and pull up a chair - the June edition is now online!

This month's spectacular cover photo is compliments of Jerry Greer. For those who wonder how we find photos for the NPN cover, we peruse PhotoPortfolios and the Editor's Pick Gallery. Jerry's photo is from the EP gallery. Thanks to Jerry for allowing us to use it!

Niall Benvie is back this month with his article A day in the life.... Niall shares with us a typical day in the life of a professional nature photographer, which as you may suspect, is much more than just taking excellent photos.

NPN contributor Rod Barbie offers his DAM advice in All this DAM Stuff. In his usual entertaining style, Rod serves up some mighty useful insight based on his own DAM experience.

Long time NPN member Ed Erkes shares his experiences with the Nikon D2X Autofocus System. Ed does a very thorough job on the subject and we highly recommend this article to anyone using the D2X for wildlife photogaphy. Many thanks to Ed for submitting this one!

Finally, Paul W. Faust is back with another pile of nature photography book reviews. Thanks to Paul for providing this very useful service!

We hope you enjoy this latest edition!

Jim, As a new member I am enjoying your efforts and those of the many photographers I've had exchanges with so far. I do have one question. Where would I find information about posting an image in the weekly challenge gallery? I don't seem to be able to locate where the weekly challenge is announced. Thanks,
Terry R. Steele

Terry, simply go to the WC gallery and there is a "WC Themes" text link in the header describing the current and upcoming themes. Posting photos in the WC gallery is the same as any of the other image critique galleries.
