Taken at Malheur national wildlife refuge.Am learning to take flight shots and boy are they tough, got a bit lucky with this one. Its not very sharp though. Thanks for viewing.

I think the shot of this wingspan is impressive. One really gets the feeling of soaring looking at it. As you stated, it could be sharper though...

Nice bird in flight capture. Your right about it being a little soft. Getting these type of shots is pretty difficult. Maybe thats the reason I usually don't shoot birds. Those long fast lenses are also pretty expensive a bulky.
