Woman in Wheat
Had this image in mind for a couple of years before actually going out, finding a cooperative farmer, and doing it (Farmers tend to get a little testy when you walk out into the wheat. We found a spot where somebody else had knocked a nuch of it down, THEN asked permission). My wife is wearing a vintage dress from the 1920's that belonged to her grandmother.

Levels and Gaussian blur. Shot at a higher angle from the bed of a pickup to be able to get nothing but wheat in the background.

Jerry,
Very artistic! I love it...

Jerry, very cool. Well planned and executed. When I go for shots I have in my head, they never turn out the way I had hoped.

Jerry,
Nice use of the blur tool. With the hat covering the face, it gives a dreamy and mysterious mood.

Very nice. Your trouble to set this up properly really paid off.

Yeah, Jerry, this is pretty well thought out and well done!

I'm liking this quite a bit! Her position in the frame works very well - not centered. The blur adds a bit of both softness and mystery. Technicals are spot on too. Very nice work!!
