Another Badger
As i have a few shots of the badgers in the same area i decided to add things to make some different shots in the same area so yesterday i spent the afternoon looking for a nice mossy log of the right thickness and length and after a couple of hours i found one and as luck would have it it had a fork at one end,so i placed it where the food normally goes and put the food in the fork so the only way the badger could get to it was to climb up,it took a while for the badger to suss it and it kept trying to turn the log over but eventually got the hang of it,It was the same badger with the relaxed attitude i had a couple of weeks ago and rattled off 12 shots in the 20 min feeding session before he dissapeared into the night,Today my wife and i dragged a dug up tree base that is nicely rotted into the area so will start to bait that

Fine shot Dave - never occured to me that the log was a prop! The lighting is also very good.

A superb shot in an excellent setting.
Excellent use of flash and great idea to include the moss covered log.
