Howdy folks.
We're going to start up the themes again with a new theme every week. I would love to hear any suggestions you may have for themes, feel free to email them to me. Thanks to Brent D. and Momo for providing some great ideas to get us started.
Have fun with this week's theme. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Sunrise
Spring
Forest Recovery (such as new growth after a fire)
Newborns (non domesticated animals)
This image was shot three years ago in the Hayman Fire burn area southwest of Denver, I believe the largest fire Colorado has seen, at least in modern times. This was taken almost exactly a year after the fire, and was my first time in the area. It's awesome to see life coming back after such a devastating thing!
Snow and ice are melting, rock becomes exposed, new foliage is sprouting... and it's just a few miles from home

Those are great shots guys.
I posted this shot in ESS a while ago. This was made just a few days before my youngest son was born (he is three weeks old tomorrow). My wonderful wife suggested that we go shooting this evening since the clouds were amazing, rather than shopping for baby items.
