Hi,
A grab shot from a busy weekend, these are amazing jewels.

Hi Tim,
Just this minute got in myself from photographing these.
Hope I've got something half as good.
A cracking shot with a great angle, perfect depth of field and beautiful colour and detail.
I think the leaf works really well as a perch, and even that's in tip-top condition, like the damselfly.

A beauty Tim, as ever sharp and well exposed, I think our southern ones are still in sheltering from the rain mode, they are reluctant to pose in the relative open....

A great image of one of my favourite odonata, next on your list.... a beautiful demoiselle?

Hi Tim

A great macro shot with super colour and detail. A nice composition too with the insect perched on the leaf. Can't fault it.

cheers

Sean

p.s. Was this taken using extension tubes?
