Classic. I particularly like the subtle pastels in the sky. The light on the rocks really sets off the landmark vista house.

Good job with the sky. The layers in the BG are pretty nice too. The haze/softness in the background really makes the cliffs jump out at you.

Have you thought about cropping a little off the bottom?

Sean, yes I've thought about it and I'm undecided... if my internet connection is decent when I get home tonight, I'll do a cropped repost...

This looks pretty cool. The sun is setting optimally right now it would appear..

Curtis,
Nice one! I bet you captured alot more good images judging by the lighting. I myself am still after the perfect shot from this location.

Definately a classic. It's difficult to pass this location by at sunset without stopping to see if the elements are working well. This has a very nice glow.

Simple yet effective, Curtis, I could use a bit more space on the left.

Just logging in to say thanks for the comments. things have been really busy around here lately.

Mark, I agree... I might have one that way, but I remember thinking that the vista house was too centered, and I wanted the cliffs in the frame, la la la... I guess I'll have to go back for a retake. oh darn.
