Marie and I took a walk around Vernonia Lake last night about 8:00 and as we were walking along the west end of the lake, we stopped to watch TWO adult Bald Eagles gliding over the water, one finally dove to grab a fish.
Alas, it was the one day I went to the lake without my camera :(.
Anyway, easy access to a spot where eagles feel comfortable hanging out and they are at the lake nearly every evening.
