Beautiful shot, Gary. Would increase contrast and saturation just a touch.

Well done, super shot and I agree with Jeremy's comment.

It's a great image - especially with that slight head turn. :toast:

Hi Gary,

I agree with Vince! All my shots of these are on a grassy lawn, so the environment and pose are excellent imho :toast:

Hi Gary, excellent shot, me too have only seen them on grass verges etc...........looks bit bright on my screen, so would go with Jeremy's suggestion

Hi Gary,

Excellent image of a difficult to approach and photograph bird.

Jeremy's advice would make this a stunner.

Regards

Rob

Unusual to see a greenie image on a tree-very nice indeed :toast:

Excellent, definately needs a touch less exposure with a slight increase in contrast and saturation, may help to just lower the middle slider in levels which will do much of that for you......

For web presentation the size of the bird is fine but for other use I might like a touch more space.... that is minor.

Major nit.... its not mine

A cracking result and one I would love to have taken.
Agree with the previous comments that a fraction less brightness and a bit more space if you have it (although not crucial) would round this one off perfectly.
Very nice indeed.

Well done. Have never managed to capture these in such a frame-filling way... no matter how long I wait at an ants nest... getting bitted and stung... and thoroughly annoyed  Agree that it does look a little bright. Drop the exposure a touch and this should help the saturation too. :toast: Great work
