Hello all,

Well, Ned has probably the best waterfall shot from here, and I went ahead and took one too, but I won't repeat his work. But I did find some interesting white flowers from the weedy brush nearby that at least looks pretty and it's Spring looking.

Tell me what you think. I'm playing around with some new ideas for varying the shutterspeed to alter the water look. It's not too obvious here except I tried to avoid the usual bright spot in the middle of the waterfall.

I think you nailed it Kevin, I like it.. I'm stuck with the cursed white neck in the midddle until I get up there again. I might only clone out the branch with the clump of moss in it, but that is about it. Cool work..

Nice job Kevin.

Those are some really warm greens. It makes this feel even more lush for some reason.

I wouldn't have noticed the stick Ned mentions, but now that he has, yeah....

I really like the rocks showing through the falls on the right.

Kevin, this is very nice. I like the foreground flowers. I agree with Ned's comment about the branch with the moss, my eye caught that as well.

If you are looking to go out to the gorge again this weekend, give me a shout.

Kevin,
I really despise these falls. They are hard to get a good comp from and bushes, branches and railings are always in the way. This shot isn't bad but I think it's just like most other's I've seen because of the restricted shooting area. IMHO of course.

Thanks all! I know it was mentioned in Ned's shot for cloning out that mossy tree, but for some reason I would rather not. Well, maybe I'll darken it.

Tim, I'll let ya know about this weekend. It's packed with stuff going on, but I was hoping to make another go at Wahclella in the early Sun AM. And then the rose garden???
