Gorton Creek
Oh my goodness, this is an awesome place to photograph. This creek has endless mini-waterfalls all the way up to a 200 foot waterfall. Exit 51 in the back of the Weyth campgrounds and $5.00 park pass and you're in.

Wear water shoes and be careful of all the moss on everything if you go here... you are pretty much hiking up the river the whole time. It can be wet and slippery so keep camera safe at all times too !

One more to show another angle of this location.

I prefer the one looking down stream, cool perspective.

I prefer the one looking down as well. Shutter speeds are a bit too long for my taste.

I spent a lot of time there a few years ago but haven't been back since. I really like the first shot, John.

Thanks guys, I'm feeling very claustophobic with the 17-40 lens lately. The 10-22mm is nice, but I'm going to save my money for the waterproof version of the 5D Mark II that will be out later this year..... at least that is my prediction/hope of what the Mark II will be.
