Dolphin
Not the best technically but my first attempt with a Moray Firth dolphin in low cloud.
Canon 20d 100-400 ISO 400

Marvellous, great timing. I can see the fin of another. There's a slope in the horizon or is that just a perspective effect? Very enjoyable pic.

Hello Tom
This is just the sort of shot I am after, but they haven't arrived off my shores yet. Very well captured indeed. I agree about the horizon needing a slight clockwise turn.
Best wishes

Pretty bloody good for a first attempt,Would maybe inclined to try and lighten it and as said adjust the horizon :toast:

Very well timed Tom.
Is this a big crop or are they as close as would appear here?

Hi Tom

Well timed - I had a go a couple of years ago and never got anything this good!

Excellent... as said the horizon needs correcting and I might be tempted to try a slight lift in levels.... superb timing.

Marvellous, just marvellous...what timing, love the cascading water and of course, the creature itself.

John--This is a very slight crop. They were about 40 feet away only. See wot you all mean about the horizon though!!

excellent - would love to have a go at this myself and if I got anything half as good I'd be pleased.
