I took this image today about 6 miles from my house. Unfortunately this fire was "possibly" started by someone thowing a cigarette out the window. Talk about second hand smoke! These slurry bombers have been working for 3 days non stop trying to contain this fire. This should be a reminder to all to be very careful if venturing into the backcounty. Our conditions in the West are extreme and are not going to improve any time soon. Robbie George
Cool shot Robbie. It appears really sharp! What did you shoot this with?
I am planning on heading down to do some camping West of Silver Cliff in the Sangres tomorrow. Is this the area you live and if so how are conditions???
