The below topic interested me. Could someone please suggest a good program/tutorial where i could learn to use and process RAW data? I have never had the time to work with it before and am a real newbie in this area, and don't even know where to start. thanks - Sandy

Sandy, these might be good resources:

http://www.raw-converter.com/
http://www.outbackphoto.com/booklets/dop3002/DOP3002.html

Depending on the specific raw converter you plan to use, there may be some books out there (may be worth checking Amazon or B&N).

I would also offer up Bruce Fraser's book "Real World Camera Raw with Adobe Photoshop CS2" and Tim Grey's book "Photoshop CS2 Workflow: The Digital Photographer's Guide".

I will certainly second Walter's recommendation of Tim Grey's book. Excellent resource, easy to read and understand. Very valuable tool.

Unfortunately I don't understand German
The Steinmuellers' book comes in both English and German.

Have you got the book Guy? How do you find it?
I'm looking for something which also gives info about C1P and other converters. BF's book is very good but only for ACR, which I don't have yet (still using PS7).

Marko, I saw the jack a bit later.
