Badger 'cub'
This Badger cub emerging from it's set was taken close to my home where together with the farmer's wife we have been feeding the three cubs. This was shot was taken a few nights ago and last night I stood only two metres from the set entrances where two of the cubs fed happily in front of me (too big in the frame at the 200mm end of my 70 - 200) They always come out whilst still daylight usually between 2000 hrs & 2030 hrs.

Extraordinary, some experience to have badgers at ones finger tips. Great shot of course, like the inclusion of burrow showing their habitat.

Lovely image David. I can just imagine the feeling you must have to be there as they emerge.
Would love to be in your shoes so to speak. :toast:
