Hi Everyone,
Hopefully in the next 2 weeks I`ll be in a position to buy a Canon 500 F4 IS

Before I shell out for a new one, does any one know of any good second hand ones around at the moment?

Only 600 I `ve got is when I put a 2x on my 300!!

Would a 500/4.5 be any use? Or are you only after the 4/IS?

sure there's a picture of a 600mm lens on your website? and I'm sure that AP article about you said you had a 600mm f4

That lens on my website is the one I keep hiring (500 F4), which is worrying when you have to put a full deposit down.

I check the article sometime, can`t remember writing that! I have a old 600mm mirror lens though.
