I escaped for a few hours!
I was able to get for a bit and actually shoot something besides my backyard! I got up to Straight Creek yesterday and the flowers were wonderful up there. Plus it was just great to get out and hike (although I only made it a half mile up the trail because I was taking so many shots!). I put more details in the wildflower update thread, but I also wanted to post here as well.

Chris,

Really sweet. I love the growing storm. Seems a little warm to me but I am not home on a calibrated display?

Nice shot. It also seems a little bit warm. Looks nice up there. Where is Straight Creek, by the way?

Wow - nice work, Chris. That's a perfect little clump of columbine, and the clouds coming over the ridge give this a dramatic feel. Glad to see you found some time for yourself.
