My First Art Show!!

Hey gang!

I am having my very first Art Show tomorrow at the Issaquah Art Walk!! I'll be showing my macro work along with a couple other notable pieces. It starts at 6pm and runs through 9pm on Front Street. I'll be showing in the Spirit Journey Bookstore just south of the Darigold Dairy. Yeah it's only a one day event but ya gots to start somewhere eh??

The Issaquah Art Walk is a monthly event that brings in new artists to display their work in various Issaquah businesses on Front Street. It is an eclectic mix of styles and mediums of art in which Photography is VERY welcome!

Congrats and Good Luck Rick! I wish you the best of sales, but dont be discouraged if you dont sell anything. I've had some of my best success from leads after the show.

Thanks folks I really appreciate the GREAT support!! I just finished matting and framing my pieces for tomorrow....Now to get some shut eye.................DOH!!

I agree with Rick Lundh, I've done a ton of art shows the last couple of years and contacts are sometimes as good as sales. Good luck!!!

Hey Gang! The show went VERY well with one piece sold (the only image I brought that was from my old film days, odd coincidence eh?). LOTS of compliments and many folks taking business cards for future sales. Many of my local friends came by to provide support and enjoy the prints.

I have to say this was a TOTAL blast and has definetly boosted my energy!!

Thanks to all of you for all the GREAT support over the last few years as I got back into this wonderful world of Nature Photography!!! I would not have been able to do this event without the awesome help of all of you!!!
