Congratulations to Tony Bouchard, Bill Pelzmann and Adam Schallau for taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively in the 2006 RMNP Nature Photography Day Contest!

Thanks to everyone who submitted and voted, and to Fine Print Imaging for sponsoring the contest.

WOW! That was an impressive set of 31 images. Great competition! It certainly motivated me to get out and experience a wonderul afternoon of bird watching on the Gulf Coast. Given the heat, humidity and mosquitoes, I certainly needed to be motivated. Thanks for the votes, everyone.

Nice shots guys! Let's try this again - maybe make it seasonal? Wildflowers, fall color, winter, etc.?

Wow, these are all awesome! Rebecca, I particularly liked your Ice Patterns submission. Also, not nature related, but your Dr. Pepper still life is cool. I visited your site and blog a couple months ago.
