Hi everyone on the PNWNP, I've enjoying your images without logging in, but I'm heading to Olympic National Park (Hurricane Ridge, Sol Duc Hot Springs area) this next week. Any suggestions for photo ops? Thanks Jeff

I suggest that you can't go wrong, whichever way you turn. I suggest you take along some DEET. I suggest that if all else fails hot springs are a sufficient consolation. And post some of your captures, and tell us about wildflowers too.

Hello. Never been, but it's on the list. Good luck!

Grand Valley (near Obstruction Point) is a phenominal place. Not sure if the flowers are out yet though. Sunset at Ruby Beach is my all time favorite. Enjoy where ever you end up.

Find an alternate route to Second Beach for the most beautiful of all the beaches there, imo.

Hoh Rainforest is pretty cool also.

As said earlier everywhere is lots of excellent photo ops.... just have a good time.

I suggest Deer Park Rd (Port Angeles) to the summit of Blue Mountain. It's about a 30 minute drive if I recall, and then a 1/4 mile hike to the summit. It's a great place to catch sunrise...

Thanks for your feedback everyone. Sorry about the delayed response. Had an overnight business thingy I had to do. Deer Park rd sounds great, as does second beach, Obstruction Point. I am so ready to get out into the woods! I'll try to post a few images upon my return. Cheers. Jeff
