A hearty congratulations to Bob Royse for his stunning Kirtland's Warbler image on the cover of this month's Birding Magazine. For those who aren't members of the American Birding Association (you should be), you can see Bob's great image from the NPN 2004 Annual Editor's Pick Awards or the link to Birding above.

I just got my copy of Birding yesterday, and when I saw the Warbler cover I thought "wonder if that is by the Warbler King?" And yes it was. Congrats to Bob!

There's more NPN inside too, another Royse and some Steeles.

I remember Jim Zipp said he would sell that one many times! Congrats Mr. Royse!
