When i first visited Switzerland last year i noticed lots of sparrows in the corn fields and thought that when the chance arose i would like a shot but didnt realise quite how difficult it would be,This is a shot i took today, the best effort in 3 days on and off,Slight crop to lh side and bottom

Is it landing or has it burst out in surprise? A fun pic.

Hello Dave
Sums up the "cheaky" sparrow very well, I think it has corn in its beak too, well caught.
Best wishes

Hi Dave, it's a great shot with motion and sharpness. I think I would crop differently - either a vertical with the bird in the top left corner, or just crop a bit more from the left. :toast:
