This is shot of a Rialto at 5AM. No sunrise happened, but I did like the "mysterious" atmo in this shot anyway. What do you think ? Is it working for anybody else ?

Tomas,

It does have atmosphere. I find myself drawn to the rocks along the water's edge and wanting more. The contrast between the solid rocks and the wispy water is nice.

Tomas,
It is different from the recent ocean shots. I just don't know. I'm kind of torn. I like it but I don't know if it's a framer. The elements are just soso but It seems to fit together pretty good.

Rick that's how I feel about it. It is one of those shots

I likeit more if you crop out 3/4 of the sky. It draws more attention to the wave coming in.

What's amazing is that you got the Belt of Venus with so many clouds in the sky... Neet shot overall. I like the mood.

I think a larger version would show more detail in the ocean foam, rocks and clouds as well as those trees on the far Right. Subtle but they kinda work for me. It might not be a "framer" but it's nice to look at

I like it a lot, I would specifically avoid cropping because to me the sky is the center of interest, with its subtle shades & wisps of cloud. I look forward to seeing the colors on my good monitor at home.

I think cropping out about half of the foreground beach gives it more impact.
