photofilter.com is good. See the final (cheaper than what it shows) when you click to buy it.
free (and fast) shipping if you buy more than $50.

What size do you need? I may have one I'm willing to part with.

These guys have a great selection and prices. I bought from them before and they were very reliable:

I have also bought from www.2filter.com. They have good prices on Hitech ND Grads. Very nice people to work with also.

Mike

I know www.2filter.com sells (or used to sell) a somewhat unknown brand called “Bower”. They make a very good quality, yet inexpensive polarizer. I bought a Bower 77mm Circular Polarizer about 10 years ago and still use it to this day.

Brad,
Thanks for trying.

I am going to have to find one local. I waited too long to order it online. I will start buying some from 2filters when I get back. We are leaving this Friday for Glacier NP and Canada. Two week trip. Hope to have some shots to share when we get back.

Thanks again to all.
