A tricky subject in that harsh light, very difficult to get your exposure just right for those blacks and whites. I think maybe just a tad overexposed, it looks a bit too bright on my screen. Good to see the inclusion of the reflection, and I like the impression of the forward movement.

A decent effort in harsh lighting. I would probably crop in a bit as for me the bird is slightly small in the frame for this type of shot. Maybe 10% from the top and 5% of the left and right hand side.
