Orton Challenge
Many thanks guys for posting the great Orton images, I really liked them all. I re-read Dwight's article and thought I'd give it a try. Since I'm still chasing dragonflies, I thought I try one of my recent images. The original image was pretty sharp and I used a G-Blur radius of 30 and perhaps could have used even more. Anyway, it really increased the color and image character.

Dick the effect gives this shot an almost flourscent (?) glow. I'll bet this one would look great under a blacklight! :eek: Am I giving away my age ...... Groovy Man!

Definitely a new Orton application to me. Really interesting! Solid compostion, and I think a little extra G-Blur would do the trick. Thanks for posting. :toast:
