Pond at Paradise Divide
I seem to be in a bit of a slump in getting photos I've been pleased with, so have not posted much lately. This photo is of a reflection in the little pond near the top of Paradise Basin above Crested Butte. Not huge on composition, but I think it is about as still a reflection as I've seen. It's taken with my new 5D which some of you helped in answering some of my questions before my purchase. It's very fun to have.

Simple and beautiful. I like the composition and colors. Any wildflowers up there?

Very nice Roger. Let's get together sometime. Haven't seen you since we met last fall at Kebler Pass camping.

Are you sure you didn't post this upside-down?

Great reflection image! Great way to break out of a slump. I am going through one also, but I plan to break it this weekend.

Nice shot! I was just up at that same pond this past week and I noticed that the water was exceptional in its stillness. I haven't processed any of my files yet, hopefully I'll have something this nice of my own. :toast:
