Does anyone have recommendations for a company that does quality poster style printing? We're after what I would call "gift shop" quality -- a very nice poster with good colors/tones but not fine art quality (like a lot of the posters you find in gift shops at and
around the National Parks).

Thanks,

I can recommend snapfish (directly or through Costco) with a reservation. While their paper quality and resolution are great, their color management is not. I had 2 posters printed, both submitted in sRGB color space. One of them came back slightly green and the other one quite red. The same files printed through winkflash (8x10) came back perfect. So, when I find time, I will try to solve the color problem and try more posters from snapfish. You might ask why I don't print through winkflash. Their 16x20 came out smudgy, not really crisp. They use a different printing method for everything above 8x10.

Try Elco. Only $9.95 for a 20x30 if you order at least two prints. These are regular photo prints on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. You have to remember to indicate no color corrections in the special instructions field.
