Many thank to all for the recommendations for shooting near Steamboat Springs. Here is a shot of a threatened and endangered species, Rabbit Ears Gilia, Ipomopsis aggregata spp. weberi.

Patrick, I presume this was at Rabbit Ears Pass at Steamboat, can you advise on the state of the flowers there now, are they still at peak or passed it, I'd like to go up there this week.

Taken on Grizzly Peak Rd, Trail #291, Rabbit Ears Pass near Steamboat on July 10. But my guess is that the flowers will still be fair this weekend. There was a massive amount of flora as late as July 19.
