Hi take on Sunday morning in the stables where we keep our horses, this is their second attempt as the first nest fell from the rafters smashing all the eggs, we are going to keep an eye on them as it is quite late in the year if needed we will supply some mealworms so they can put a bit of fat on and hopefully make it back to Africa.
Phillip.
Ps there is actually five in the nest.

Hi Phillip
Love your image - most of my local Swallows are on second broods and if the good weather continues I don't think they will have any problems finding food!

Hi Philip,
Very nice behavioural shot. I just love the fluff at the top of their heads. Similar to my Dad
