Hot, Paul is an understatement. I went to one of our state parks this week and hiked three trails with my 50lb load and came away soaked. It's too miserable to be out for too long after sunrise. Dang humidity!

The image is real nice and well composed. I love how everything in it is green except the little darkness in the background. This keeps my eye on the subject instead of wandering around.

Post a little bigger version next time and thanks for sharing

I keep telling everyone that I have thousands of images in my files and at least 10 decent ones. Probably 8 of those 10 were shot in really putrid conditions. I think though we are all waiting for fall, all the rain this summer has really made the wildflowers hang in etc.

IN 5 short months it will be below freezing and probably snowy.

you just cant win!
