Howdy! I got my film back from Wednesday's awesome sunset up on Mt. Evans, and thought I'd post a couple.

This one was right after we got to the summit block, and it's amazing that it's even sharp, since I was breathing so damn hard from practically running up the trail to 14,264'! Slight crop from the top to get rid of some clear, boring sky.

One more.....

The rest of my 4x5 shots that night were looking toward the sweet clouds to the west, over towards Greys and Torreys Peaks. I knew as I was shooting that these would be cropped toward more panoramic since I had the foreground going pretty black.

Here are the rest from that night

Oh yeah, that's what I wanted to see! Nice stuff, BD. I can almost see the clouds swirling in the second one (and third one on your site. But why does the page say Mayflower Gulch - January 2006 across the top? Geez, first you time-travel a day into the future, and now this?

Great postings as of late Brent, you are really making the most of your shooting time! I really like the last one on your link. Gorgeous; just seems to go on forever.

What a terrific crisp-looking image #1 is. I love the colors.
