Love this - the dreamy effect is excellent. Leaving the eye untouched (select the eye, then inverse to filter all BUT the eye) would improve this, i think. A clear eye usually anchors a otherwise-filtered image.

Floyd, I love this! The composition is excellent, and the background color and shapes create a mysterious feeling. I have to get Simplify.
