Gorgeous Bill. Just a superb composition. I really wish I could see this without the compression. I can only imagine how it will print. Congrats on this one.

You must have been the lead-off hitter on your baseball team, because this one is a hit! Great color and textures, with the soft light showing them both off perfectly.

Morris: Indeed I did hit leadoff! How'd you know?

Has an impressionistic feel to it. The soft pastel colors and the wispy spread of the leaves makes it very appealing.

Bill, you're pushing my buttons to wanting to do a fall color trip to the UP! <Drool>. Sweet presentation.

Bill, I like this a lot. The branch curving to the left off of the slightly angled trunk are well balanced by the large frond of leaves on top. As you stated this old one has a lot of character.

I love these kind of shots. They look easy to shoot but in fact are often difficult to get just the right balance of order within the chaos. This is delightful, Bill. Just the right amount of color...love the trunk and branches meandering through...great detail. Love it

Tons of character in this tree Bill. I think for me I would like the colors 'richened up' just a bit. Great shot for the theme.

Bill, Bump up the Saturation a wee bit. Its Free  . Seriously I like this muted feel as well while a saturated look may make another nice photo also.

Great going, Bill and what an interesting Theme you have chosen. Its a big success right on day 1. :toast:
