Takakkaw Falls, Yoho NP
One of the highlights of our Canadian trip this summer was Takakkaw Falls. I had never even heard of them until I read Darwin Wigget's Canadian Rockies guide book. Thanks to Darwin's expertise we showed up in the evening hoping to get some good light on these spectacular falls. I had scouted the area the night before but the light then was awful. I wanted to get into the stream near the falls so I had my waders and rain gear on. Crossing the bridge it looked like conditions were going to be good. I was not disappointed. Go
here for a view closer to the falls. All comments welcome.>=))>
