Very direct and effective composition. The strict 50/50 split works for such a scene.

Love that orange color on the peaks! That is one calm lake. Nice work.

I think its pretty darn nice! The symmetry throughout is crazy. It almost feels like it has been mirrored both vertically and horizontally.
I think your exposure is technically perfect, but I wouldn't mind seeing the sky just a wee bit darker purely for aesthetic reasons. Thats totally personal preference, obviously.

The perfect reflection creates and almost inkblot type image, but in color. Everything looks pretty good here, though there seems to be a bit of yellow green in the sky on the far left.

This has a great sense of symmetry. I'd love to see a big print of this image Tom, I'm sure it is amazing.

Love the sense of symmetry and beautiful scenery captured here. I might might do a little dodging to the LRC/bottom... just for balance. Other than that, this more than works for me. Well done!

Very nice! A very careful hand on the processing too. It looks natural but with a quiet grandeur. I wouldn't mind if the sky was a bit darker since the water is quite dark.

Tom,
Beautiful "reflectionscape." The symmetry and of course the reflection or wonderful. I have no nits other than to agree with a couple others to drop the brightness slightly in the sky; which will even enhance the symmetry even more. And great light on the peaks. A beautiful capture.
