Icy Aspen Leaves

It snowed in Yellowstone on the last day of September which thankfully put out all the fires. I shot this group of aspen leaves which had some snow and ice. The light was a not too bright overcast. Pentax K20D, DA* 16-50 f/2.8, 50mm, 1/60 @ f/5.6, ISO 100.

Steve: I don't recall you posting here before so welcome to the finest Flora gallery on the planet and thanks for a fine shot. Really nice grouping and a fine comp. A touch more sharpening makes this pop a bit more but not bad for a Pentaxian  . Welcome aboard. :wavey: >=))>

Nice shot- and welcome! I love the crispness in the image - I agree maybe a little more sharpening to heighten the affect - and the oranges are a little to saturated for me, but that could be my personal preference. Great overall.
