I can see why it's your favorite, I like the winding river at the bottom.
Never been to yellowstone but it's on my list. This probably looks good in the winter eh?

Carol I visited Yellowstone once, many years back, but I never saw this beautiful waterfall (may be I’ve concentrated more on the many nice geysers). I like very much the tree details in this image, the top part of the river, the mist over the bottom and the bottom part of the river with all these nice details in FG. Very well done.

I didnt make it up to the falls when i was up in Yellowstone last month...ah well, at least i can look at your photo of it

I went to Yellowstone also when I was a child and didn't see this waterfall either. I think many visitors to Yellowstone concentrate on the geysers and the wildlife and don't ever get to the waterfall, but it is really one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the U.S.
