Beautiful light and color on the tunnel. I'm not real sure about the purple swirl though.

I never tire of viewing the Subway. It seems that there are as many different
portrayals of it as there are photographers, and they're all pleasing. I'm really
enjoyng the colors here and the FG swirl. Well done, Swamy!

The saturation is quite strong in this version, but it is bringing out a wide range of hues. It is a pleasant interpretation of this classic scene.

You know I have hiked to the subway a few times now and never actually got a decent shot of the subway itself. The last time I hiked there I took my two kids in tow who at the time were 4 and 6. I ended up carrying the youngest back along with all my 4x5 stuff, fun times.

Even though the swirling leaves are not a new idea your rendition Swamy is up there with the best of them. Nice image.

I agree with Adam, Swamy. This is right up there with the best. I particularly like how the exposure is controlled back into the scene.

I really like this one, Swamy. The thumb seemed a bit over the top, but this larger version feels fine. I really like the intensity of color and the the fact that you've held detail so well in the brighter values.

Swamy,

Excellent rendition from here. I think the swirl really adds something a bit different (although not unique) to this classic location. I'd love to have one like this one day.

Thanks Lon. I was not prepared for this shot. Ian was shooting this shot before. my friend brought some maple leaves, so we tried it as well. But water flow as too fast and leaves were kept washed away quickly. With some difficulty, I got this shot.
