This was definitely one of my favorites from 09.
Comments and critiques always welcome, and thanks for looking,

I remember this one. What a lovely image. Has a Victorian feel to it.

Excellent tones and textures particularly on the petals. The marble-ish material of the Vase is also well seen. Very nice

I remember this very well. I'm glad to see it again, Morris. I love the pink in the otherwise monotone image. And the lacy bg really enhances your choice of the vase and flower. Nicely done,

Well thought out set Morris. This is the first time I ma seeing this post. I would have liked to see just a tad bit more negative space right side so the edge of the blossom has a litle more breathing room. JMTCW. Other than that

An intriguing and original composition, which I remember well, Morris. The faint touch of colour in the anthers is a touch of inspiration and the rendering of the petals superb.

What a lovely nostalgic feel to this image. Can understand why this is a favorite. Can see this printed large and put in a ornate frame. Love it!

Morris: Glad you revisited this. The barely perceptible color makes this shot for me. Most excellent. >=))>
