This is another one of my favs. I enjoy shooting pansies, especially the purple, yellow and whites. Such nice complimentary colors and pansies always make me think of my Mom. She and I used to plant them together every spring as the beginning of gardening season. It puts a smile on my face.

Critiques and suggestions are always welcomed and appreictaed.

Lovely colours, lovely subject :) I like the composition with dominant yellow on the right side which makes the flower more dominant. Nice light, too.

I recall this so well, Beth - a joyous, superbly composed image which vividly expresses the feelings which have gone into it. Not surprised you have picked this one - lovely to see it again !!

Beautiful wash of gold and purple Beth. I'm kinda partial to those colors. Graduated from James Madison University, and yep, school colors are gold and purple.

Great comp- not the usual- and tremendous color. Nice crispy focus on the one pansy.
