Can't remember which forum I posted this in, but beleive it was in flora. Love black & white photography and so this one is a definite favorite (plus it has been a great seller).
Comments always welcomed.

Nice shot, but I would prefer the lotis without the invert effect. I think it has more impact with the black bg, instead of inverting it to a white bg, with the black lotis. The emotion is stronger with black bg.

Very artistic, and your subject and comp make for an excellent b&w study in form and line.

Excellent Processing. Looks like a Charcoal Painting to me . You had posted it in Flora, I remember that well.

I seldom think of B&W for flowers, but this is beautiful. I can see why it
has been good seller.

Don't even know what to say about this one Pat. I love the graphical quality, the texture, the light and particularly the high key bg. Superb ...

Here is another version with the black background and white flower per Mike's suggestion. Like it too.

I remember this too Patricia, I thought this was exceptional then and I do now. It has taken me a long time to really be able to appreciate B&W photography or more specifically conversions. I can tell you that this image certainly brought me into the fold of enjoying fine art Black & White imagery. Also, I really prefer you take on this, as posted. This is really Fine!!!

There's a purity and subtelty about the original ( which I personally prefer to the repost ) which makes this image something special, Patricia. Superb presentation.

Wow, B&W really abstracts the lotus into an airy elegant and exotic apparition. I like how much space you gave it in the frame. And that the bottom of the flower is lighter than the top makes for a lot of interest. Mmmm, nice!
