Two Swans in the Sunset

I took some time before a softball game to take some photos and came across this pair of black swans. I was able to move to a point where the sun was setting behind them and this added the golden glow to the water, while putting them in silhouette. This turned out as more of an abstract shot (they never did get close enough together for a full "heart") than what I typically shoot. The title is a take-off of a Pink Floyd cut.

Tech details:

D300 w/ 300mm F4
1/800th @ F6.3 (ISO 200 equi.)

Thoughts?

David,

There is still a very abstract heart shape for me in the image and I think this works quite well for me as posted. I feel that it needs a smidge of CCW rotation, but that may be an optical illusion.

I love the symmetry. I never would have looked for the heart shape if you hadn't mentioned it. Nice shot.

I love the water color and the implied heart. Sweet.
