The waves in the water are quite telling of some rough weather. I like how the bird is posed showing off the red throat. The light isn't ideal, but it seems you made the most of what you had.

Fine work with what you were given. I'm surprised you were able to freeze the bird in that rough water at just 1/250th. Nice.

I like the pose and head-turn Ron. I'd be tempted to add a bit of extra selective sharpening to the eye.

Nice work getting the bird frozen in that rough water at 1/250 Ron. I may have switched to f/8 to get a touch more shutter speed given the low light conditions. I like how it appears the diver is curled over the surl of the wave it is on.
