Color Flow
by Tony Kuyper
I'm continuing to work through some non-sandstone images from last fall. Even though this is erosion-carved badlands, it sort of felt like the blue-green color was slowly oozing its way into the frame.
While I don't do many wide-angle shots, I think this was shot around 28-mm, so it's as wide as my lens goes. I like the perspective it creates.
Your thoughts and recommendations regarding this image would be appreciated.
5D, 28-200.
(The debris in the middle ground might be petrified wood, but I don't remember looking close enough to be sure)

Always a pleasure looking at your new work. This one does not dissapoint. I love the FG and how the colors shift from the blue greens to the reds. The debris breaks up the flow though and I am not to hot about it.
composed this gives a three-dimensional effect.

Great job with the comp and wide angle look. Really brings the viewer into the scene.
Marvelous colors. Thanks for sharing
Gorgeous capture - full, rich and stunningly beautiful, just as it is! For me, this needs nothing.
Well done and seen,
