I like the tones in this, and the water good too - I think you got the shutter speed just right.

nice drama and movement on the water here, I do get the sense it was a cold day from the colors too,, nice capture

Very nice! The shutter speed is perfect and you definitely translate a cold, blustery day. Great job with your vantage point, too. The bridge is strikingly presented.
